How Do I Place An Order?

All items on our website can be purchased by either adding them to your cart for checkout or by calling us at 603-729-3904 to speak with one of our sales representatives. We highly recommend calling us first! This will give us the ability to check available inventory in real-time to make sure the products you are looking for are in stock. If they are not, we can give you a timeframe for shipment.

Shipping

All orders over $3500.00 qualify for free shipping. Any order under that amount has a $169.00 flat freight cost added to the total of your order. Shipments are sent using a standard LTL (less than truckload) carrier. This delivery is to a driveway/sidewalk only. We highly recommend having your contractor/builder there to receive and move products, or having the available manpower there to help.

Returns & Refunds

All items should be inspected BEFORE a customer signs for them in good condition. Items that are signed for in good condition and later claimed to be damaged are the responsibility of purchaser.

Returns due to customer decision, incorrect piece being ordered, or any reason not the fault of Lakes Region Luxury Outdoor must be requested within 30 days of purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to have these items returned to our Laconia, NH location. These items must be UNOPENED and in good repair when we receive them. A 15% restocking fee with be charged for these returns.

Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of unopened, undamaged merchandise being returned to our warehouse location.

Warranty

Warranty of items is handled at the manufacturer level. Please call us for warranty information about your specific model and we will be more than happy to assist.

Privacy

Lakes Region Luxury Outdoor respects your privacy. We do not, under any circumstance, sell your personal information. Full Stop!
